- Emergency Mobile Water Treatment plant produces 6,000 gallons per day ( 1m3/hr for 24 hours) of safe potable water with the following specifications:
• Made of robust corrosion resistant, high-quality stainless-steel pumps & corrosion free sch80 PVC piping.
• All Gauges & Flowmeters are mechanical devices made for durable services.
• The unit c/w a pre-filter that has a washable screen which may be easily taken out & cleaned on-site.
• High intensity UV disinfects the water so that it is safe for consumption.
- Specification:
• Machine is mounted on galvanized C-channel skid with 3 coats of epoxy primer & top coat to protect from corrosion.
• All equipment are rigidly installed for rugged use in extreme conditions in an easy to use plug & play manner
• Power supplied from Genset; as such the power gradient has to be low to suit. All control valves & ancillary equipment will be driven by DC power. All control wiring in the control panel will be 24 VDC.
• Feed & high pressure pumps are AC motor driven & should be designed at not more than 80% of the design flow & or discharge pressure. Pump internals to be stainless steel duplex material.
• Pipes & valves to be PVC SCH 80 for low pressure & duplex stainless steel SCH 40 for high pressure.
• Electrical conductivity analyzers are required at the product end of the potable water stream as a minimum.
• Intelligent Digital portable water tester included.
• 3D drawing & Operating manuals are included in the package.
• 1 day training is included for operator on the safe operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the unit.
• Testing at local Clark, Pampanga factory before delivery.
