EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products Company was established by Efren P. Palmiery. From his humble beginnings as a salesman in 1993. He was promoted to branch manager and later became distributor of Palmer Asia Inc. in 2008.

In January 2009, Efren P. Palmiery established EPP Fire Safety with his wife, Annabelle. To serve both the private and government sectors by supplying firemen’s protective gear  and firefighting equipment. With the advent of the disaster and risk reduction management of both natural and local government units. Mr Palmiery, pursued to expand the company’s product lines. To include water rescue, emergency medical, vehicle accident, and high angle rescue tools and equipment. Thus, registering new business name at SEC.; EPP Fire Safety and Rescue Products Inc.
